Easwari Engineering College was founded in 1996-1997 with the approval of the Government of Tamil Nadu and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. In accordance with government affiliation regulations, the college was originally associated with the University of Madras; since 2002, it has been affiliated with Anna University Chennai. The institution encourages students to develop the interpersonal and intrapersonal skills and attitudes necessary to approach life with self-assurance, in keeping with its concept of continual learning.
